未知的USB设备（配置描述符失败）

HID开发时，配错了中断端点的大小,USB-HID设备枚举失败。

在设备管理器中提示：未知的USB设备（配置描述符失败）

由于该设备有问题，Windows 已将其停止。 (代码 43)

USB 设备返回的 USB 配置描述符无效。

通过USB总线分析仪抓包，可以看到主机重试了3次，最终失败，挂起。

从抓包来看，很明显，这里获取了配置描述符之后，主机复位设备重试。结合设备管理器看到的，就是因为配置描述符中的内容引起的。

通过对获取到的配置描述符进行解析，发现其中断端点描述符设置为128字节，而设备为全速设备，最高支持到64字节，明显超过规范定义，所以失败。
